Office Renovation

This project involved the renovation of the first floor of an existing office building. The program includes a staff office, storage room, and small meeting room.

Due to the limited floor area and constraints imposed by the existing structure, a flexible partition system was introduced, allowing the spaces to be opened or closed and reconfigured according to different needs.

The material palette focuses on warm wood tones and beige, creating a cohesive visual connection with the building’s exterior façade, which had been renovated previously.
