MSS House

This project is a three-story home office located on Sukhumvit 62, situated on a narrow and deep plot.

Due to local building regulations and the need to maximize the usable floor area, the right side of the building had to be designed as a solid wall. In response to this constraint, the design opens up the left side of the building to maximize natural light and incorporates a central courtyard, creating a stronger connection with nature and bringing a sense of openness into the interior spaces.

At the front, a metal sheet façade provides privacy and screens the interior from the surrounding area while still allowing natural light to penetrate into the building.
